How to Cancel Hulu on the Web

Most Hulu subscribers manage their account directly through Hulu's website. The mobile app does not have a cancel option for most users.

    Use your email and password.

    Under "Your Subscription," click Manage Plan

    Click Cancel → then Keep Canceling

    Hulu may offer a pause option or a discounted rate. Decline if you want to cancel fully.

    You'll receive a confirmation email. Access continues through your billing period end date.

Canceling a Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+)

If you subscribed to Hulu as part of the Disney Bundle, you cannot cancel just Hulu individually—you must cancel the entire bundle through your Disney+ account.

Pausing Instead of Canceling

Hulu allows you to pause your subscription for 1 to 12 weeks. This is a good option if you want a break but don't want to lose your profiles and watch history. Access stops during the pause and resumes automatically after.

To pause: Account → Manage Plan → Pause subscription → Select duration.
