How to Cancel Max on the Web

- 2Click your profile icon (top right) → Settings
- 3Click Subscription
- 4Click Cancel Subscription
Max may offer a discounted rate or a pause—click through if you want to fully cancel.

Subscribed Through a Cable or TV Provider?
Many users receive Max as part of a cable TV or internet bundle (AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast Xfinity, DIRECTV, etc.). If so, you must cancel through your provider—Max's website will not show a cancel button.
