How to Cancel Disney+ on the Web

    Click your profile icon (top right) → Account

    Under your plan, click Subscription

    Click Cancel Subscription

    Disney+ may show a retention offer. Click through to continue canceling.

    Click Complete Cancellation

    You receive a confirmation email. Streaming access continues through your billing period end date.

How to Cancel Disney+ on Mobile

If you subscribed through the Disney+ website directly, use the web method above (works in your phone's browser). If you subscribed through Apple or Google, use those app stores instead.

Cancel via Apple (iPhone/iPad)

What About the Disney Bundle?

The Disney Bundle includes Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. When you cancel, all three services cancel together at the same time—you cannot keep individual services within the bundle.

If you want only some of those services, cancel the bundle and resubscribe to the individual ones you want to keep.

Trouble Cancelling?

If you don't see a Cancel Subscription button, you likely subscribed through a third party:

  • Verizon / carrier bundle: Contact your carrier to cancel
  • Cable provider (Comcast, Spectrum, etc.): Cancel through that provider's account portal
  • Apple or Google: Cancel via respective app store (see above)
