How to Cancel ChatGPT Plus on the Web

    Go to chat.openai.com and sign in

    Click your profile name or icon (bottom left of sidebar) → Settings

    Click "Subscription" → "Manage"

    This opens the subscription management page (hosted by Stripe).

    Click "Cancel plan"

    Confirm the cancellation

    You retain Plus features until your billing period ends. After that, the account reverts to the free plan automatically.

Subscribed Through Apple or Google?

If you subscribed to ChatGPT Plus through the iOS or Android app, the charge may go through Apple or Google. If you don't see a cancel option at chat.openai.com, cancel through the appropriate app store.

Cancel via Apple

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ChatGPT → Cancel Subscription.

Cancel via Google Play

Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChatGPT → Cancel.
